Founded in late 2008, Landing Strip Films LLC (LSF), a wholly owned subsidiary of 64-56 Media, was created with two very distinct purposes; to create a slate of the best possible independent film content to be distributed via traditional methods and to be the first studio to solve the new digital distribution concept for monetizing free or pirated content.

LSF has compiled a team of experienced industry veterans to help produce some of the best independent content being made today. But just as important as truly great content is Landing Strip’s commitment to providing enhanced revenue streams through alternative distribution methods. Piracy and file sharing are rampant and cost the industry billions of dollars a year. Our management team understands the urgency required to stay in front of the building change and has formed strategic partnerships with cutting edge technology companies to address digital distribution issues. A very large and growing segment of the world is wired for digital and they will consume almost nothing else given the choice. It is this generation that will drive the major change and LSF is prepared to meet their demands today and in the years to come.
